Ways to Give
A rising star in modern improvised music, Kazemde George creates unique musical landscapes by blending different traditions from within the African diaspora, from Bebop to Rumba, Bossa Nova, Hip Hop, and more.
Each month Kazemde brings a new line-up of ensembles to The Red Door that encompass a wide range of artistic styles and influences.
Musaics artist-in-residence Kazemde George brings together an ensemble of artists steeped in the Afro-Cuban and Afro-Brazilian traditions for a unique musical conversation that delves into the rich rhythmic depths of these art forms.
